Ingredients:

1 oz. white peach puree
4 oz. Prosecco


Procedure:

Puree fresh peach slices in a blender or food processor. Refrigerate the puree until its ice cold. Spoon the puree into a chilled shaker or mixing glass, then pour in the Prosecco. Stir gently and serve in a flute.
