Jolly Julep

Ingredients:
ž oz. Bourbon
˝ oz. green creme de menthe
1˝ oz. lime juice
1 tsp. bar sugar
5 fresh mint leaves
Sparkling water

Procedure:
Combine all ingredients except water with cracked ice in a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into chilled Collins glass over ice cubes. Fill with sparkling water and garnish with mint sprig. Stir gently.
